Both are possible on request. We collect your vehicle at home or at work in Ipsach by arrangement and bring it back after the repair. A courtesy car is available on request for the duration of the work. Ideally mention both when you report the damage online, so that we can plan the courtesy car and the collection together with your appointment.

Photograph the damage and the location, then report the incident to the police and your insurer. Whether and how it is covered depends on your policy, for example parking damage cover or fully comprehensive insurance. Then upload the photos to our online damage report: we prepare the indicative quote and handle the claim with the insurer.

That depends on your policy: some insurers offer a cash settlement, but you are not entitled to one in every case. Bear in mind that with a payout the damage stays on the vehicle, which can affect its resale value and any later claim involving the same panels. For leased vehicles, the lease agreement applies. Check the options with your insurer and ask us for an indicative quote, so that you have a basis for your decision. We bill the repair directly to your insurer.

Yes. Before a lease return we remove parking dents, scratches and scuffs, refurbish alloy wheels after contact with a kerb, repair stone chips and polish the paintwork. Send us photos via the online damage report, ideally a few weeks before the return date. The indicative quote shows you what the work will cost, and we schedule it, including collection in Ipsach on request, so that the car is ready before the return date wherever possible.

You can simply drive to us yourself, or we collect the car. From Ipsach, take the main road towards Nidau and on to Biel. From there you reach the east of the town and Südstrasse 2 either straight through Biel or via the A5 bypass (eastern branch) from the Brüggmoos interchange. Allow around 10 minutes for the 5 kilometres, a little more in rush-hour traffic through Nidau.

Yes, we collect your car in Ipsach. Ipsach is within our collection zone of up to about 28 minutes from Biel: collection and delivery costs CHF 59.45 incl. VAT per job, both ways included (free within Biel itself). We collect the vehicle at the agreed time and bring it back after the repair, with a courtesy car if you wish. Yes. You are free to choose your body shop. If your policy requires a higher excess outside the partner garage, we cover the difference: you pay the same excess as at your insurer’s partner garage and save up to CHF 1'000.

Yes, we settle directly with every insurer and arrange the assessment if required. As a rule, you pay only the excess.
