Body damage is rarely just metal. It is hassle, paperwork, one appointment too many. Carrosserie K.I. exists to make that moment feel lighter: with honest craftsmanship, plain language and technology that takes work off your hands instead of creating more.
What K.I. stands for with us
The name comes from the initials of our founder, Kyrollos Istafanous. For us, the two letters also stand for a promise.
Clarity
You show us the damage online with your vehicle registration and photos, in a few minutes. We are prepared before your car even arrives, and within 24 hours you know where you stand.
Know-how
Every report is checked by a specialist, every dent is straightened by hand, every paint repair is judged by eye. We work to manufacturer specifications and on all makes.
Integrity
We tell you when a repair is not worth it. We replace nothing that can be repaired. And our pricing is transparent: quotes incl. VAT, with no surprises.
Our story
How it all came together
“Biel/Bienne is bilingual. So are we. And we are convinced that good craftsmanship is understood in every language.”
At Garage K.I. in Biel/Bienne, we look after servicing, mechanics and the MFK (Swiss roadworthiness test). And time and again customers stood in front of us with the same question: “Can you fix the dent as well?”
The honest answer was: yes, but it was a hassle. Photos by WhatsApp, descriptions over the phone, “front left, roughly by the indicator”. So we asked ourselves what a body shop would look like if it were reinvented today.
The result is Carrosserie K.I.: a sister business with the same standards, the same address and a simple idea: you show us the damage online with a few photos, and we take care of everything else.
