Damage report

When you report damage, we process vehicle data, the damaged parts, your photos and your contact details in order to prepare a quote and to handle the claim with your insurer. The data is stored in a database in the EU and transmitted to our workshop by encrypted e-mail.

Web analytics with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand how our website is used (e.g. number of visits, pages viewed, approximate origin, device type, damage reports sent and clicks on our phone number). For visitors from Switzerland, measurement is active by default; you can object by choosing “Decline”. For visitors from the EU and the UK, Google Analytics only sets cookies if you choose “Accept”. Advertising cookies (Google Ads) are only set with your consent. Without consent or after an objection, Google only receives anonymous measurements without cookies. IP addresses are shortened by Google. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can change your choice at any time by deleting your browser’s site data for carrosserieki.ch; the notice will then appear again.
